Is Perxon really free? What's the catch?
Yes β your profile, QR codes, invite links, and verified recommendations are free forever. No catch, no payments inside Perxon.
Who owns my profile and my reviews?
You do β every recommendation your work earns. Only you can edit your profile, and only you decide which recommendations go public. Walk away from any job or marketplace and everything travels with you β nothing stays behind on an employer's page.
I already have Google reviews, LinkedIn, or a marketplace profile. Why add Perxon?
You don't have to switch. But stop donating: every 5-star review you earn on Google belongs to the shop, LinkedIn only shows where you worked, and marketplaces rent your reputation back to you with fees. Perxon is the portable layer underneath: take back the proof here even while you work elsewhere, and it stays yours.
How are reviews verified? Can they be faked?
Only signed-in members with a verified email or a connected Google/Apple account can recommend or rate, and every recommendation shows a real name. New entries land in your inbox first β you approve what goes public, and you can hide or delete anything anytime.
Do my clients need a Perxon account to leave a review?
They need a free verified account β email plus a verification link, or Google/Apple sign-in. They scan your QR or open your link, sign in in under a minute, and leave their recommendation. No app install, no payment.
What happens when I change jobs or move cities?
Nothing breaks β and nothing stays behind. Update your city and availability once; your reviews, services, and links keep working. Your public URL (/p/your-name) follows you from chair to chair, gym to gym, city to city.
Who can see my profile? Can I stay private?
You choose: Public for everyone, Semi-private for only people holding an access link you create (one-time, 7-day, 30-day, or open), or Private for only you. Contact details stay behind sign-in even on public profiles.
Do I have to offer services or take bookings?
No. Perxon is reputation first β claim your name, collect verified reviews, and take them with you from job to job. If and when you're ready, you can optionally open a service hub: list a service with price and duration, let customers pick an open slot or request a flexible time, with approval mode or instant confirmation. Stay private until you choose otherwise β no timeline, no pressure.
What if I get an unfair or bad review?
Nothing goes public without your approval, so surprise attacks don't happen. If a published recommendation no longer reflects you, hide it or delete it β your page, your call. Ratings from completed bookings work the same way.
How do I start collecting reviews today?
Claim your name, share your profile link or print your QR on cards and receipts, and ask past clients directly from your dashboard β including bulk invites by email. Most pros get their first verified recommendation the same day they ask.
